Out of the Blue Solutions Helps the Homebound
BOCA RATON, FL MAY 12, 2008: Out of the Blue Solutions, Inc.(OOTBS) a Boca Raton based IT company announced today that it has established a technology partnership with Volunteers for the Homebound and Family Caregivers (VHFC), a Boca Raton nonprofit organization which has promoted the dignity and independence of persons of all ages and all conditions throughout the greater Boca Raton area since November, 1998. More than 1,000 individuals and families have received direct support services from VHFC such as transportation, respite, grocery shopping, friendly visiting, reading mail and socialization activities. Thousands of others have received information, education, referrals and assistance with linkages to agencies to maximize their quality of life and support. Out of the Blue Solutions has donated IT services as well as server space to VHFC for their data and scheduling programs in their World class Data Center located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Stratis Systems, Inc. an OOTBS alliance partner, has donated their Visitrax™ software to assist VHFC with scheduling their caregivers.
