Out of the Blue Solutions Helps With Work in Rimac, Peru

BOCA RATON, FL-DECEMBER 22, 2008:

Out of the Blue Solutions, Inc. (OOTBS), a Boca Raton, FL based Technology Company announced today that is donating funds to an ongoing project to assist a ministry in Lima, Peru that provides feeding stations, medical care, shelter, and clothing for many children who live in the impoverished areas of Lima, Peru. High in the hills surrounding the city of Lima, many of these children live in homes that are literally made from cardboard boxes with plastic tarps for roofs. Meals are always in short supply, with many of these young children going without food for days. The meals supplied by the feeding centers set up through a local church and volunteers, has been spearheaded by Jack and Milena Meier, two local Boca Raton residents who are working in this ministry through SonCoast Community Church in North Boca Raton. Milena Meier, a native of Peru, and her husband Jack have been working for many years to help the poor in Lima. They have also started a program called "Celebrate Recovery™", a Christian-based recovery program for alcoholics, addicts and other addictive behaviors originated at Saddleback Church in Southern California, pastored by Rick Warren. Jack and Milena have brought the program to Lima in the form of Spanish translated materials and have had great success in the church in Rimac with many of the local adults.

"The need is so great that it overwhelmed me when I first visited the hills", says John Massey, President of Out of the Blue Solutions, "We feel strongly about giving back to a community that is so much less fortunate than we are. Since we have several offices in Lima, and our CEO, Wilbert Pariguana is Peruvian himself, it only seems appropriate to help these who have no chance of anything but a life of poverty and despair."
